Nicholas Webb

I have specialised in immigration, asylum and human rights law for over 15 years and have been identified as a Leading Lawyer in Legal 500 2019.

I am a registered Level 2 Supervisor on Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme and a member of the Law Society Immigration Law Committee.

I have a particular interest in business immigration and advising companies and individuals on meeting Home Office requirements for Tier 1 and Tier 2 visas.

I relish the challenges provided by human rights and European law claims, using my experience of representing client's in the Immigration Tribunals.  My experience of advocacy before Judges brings advantages when preparing applications on contentious issues.

I am experienced in Judicial Review applications including interim relief and out of hours applications and have litigated matters in both Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

I have appeared on BBC Radio giving comment and opinion on immigration and asylum issues and am happy to be contacted by the media to provide expertise.

I am a regular contributor of articles on freemovement.org.uk dealing with issues of Immigration Law.

I have given a guest lecture to University of South Wales law students on a career as a Human Rights Lawyer.

In my spare time I am a School Governor and a keen Crossfitter.  I have been known to play some frailing banjo and ukulele.
